Aromatherapy for Fall Season
Fall is here and winter is fast approaching! Time to pull out the pumpkins, rake some leafs, put up the reefs, and fill your house with scents of good cooking and warm memories with family. However, as we know this time of year also brings climate change and the cold and flu virus. With that being said, I have put together a list of some of my favorite aromatherapies and their uses. Try them around the house or office and during your spa treatment to uplift your spirit and help assist in keeping you in good health for the season.
