When I decided to spend the money on trying to quit smoking, I went in with an open mind but a negative attitude. I had already tried at least two other types of “quit smoking” plans that did not work for me. I was a two pack per day smoker for 40 years and my favorite time of the day for a smoke was in the morning with coffee.
I had the lazer treatment that afternoon, walked out of the office thinking “This is a joke”. I did not smoke driving home or when I got home and did not have the favorite one the next morning.
I have not smoked or wanted a cigarette in a month. This is still a bit hard for me to believe.
